Ms. Pac-Man |
|
1981 Namco/Midway |

When I first bought this machine I thought that it might have originally
been a Pac-Man game. Actually, it started off as a Galaxian
(serial number tag is still attached inside), then it became a Galaga
and finally was converted to a Ms. Pac-Man. The first thing that I
did was replace the whole control panel assemblies. The joysticks that
were originally installed were very sloppy and there was just contact
paper over the old Galaxian CP. Luckily I found some Pac-Man control
panels for Galaxian cocktail cabinets. The big problem that I had was
having to chisel out the inside of the control panel holder sot the
joysticks would fit. The PCB also had issues when the speed chip was
installed, so I also had to have it repaired |

Ms. Pac-Man is the sequel to Pac-Man. Varying mazes and fruit that
moves around the screen are a few things that make this game more interesting
- and more fun - than Pac-Man! |
